She has no symbol.

APPLE BLOOM and SWEETIE BELLE take turns playing games at the fair. If they can knock down the apples, they win a prize!

NOTE: Fun at the Fair packages say "Apple Bloom & Sweetie Belle", however early releases of the set included Scootaloo instead of Apple Bloom. It appears Hasbro recognized this mispackaging and corrected it.
